Erica is a physician, healthcare leader, and author whose work bridges clinical medicine, institutional systems, and narrative storytelling. Trained in anesthesiology , she has authored multiple medical chapters and scholarly articles published in high-impact, peer-reviewed journals, with a focus on patient safety and clinical decision-making. She has a commitment to equity in health disparities, particularly affecting maternal health in women of color.
