Seeking distance from the fallout, he becomes entangled with a criminal network that uses legitimate hospitals as cover for an illicit organ trade.
Meanwhile, his wife, an attorney with the Nevada Attorney General's Office, is following evidence that could expose the same enterprise. With his medical expertise and hospital access suddenly valuable to dangerous people, Sean faces escalating demands that test his loyalty to his patients and the people he loves. Each compromise draws him further from the physician he believed himself to be.
