The most dangerous person in the OR is the one keeping you alive.
At Dallas General, the doctor everyone trusts to save patients secretly creates the very emergencies that make him indispensable.

The logline.
When a respected anesthesiologist’s hospital moves to replace him, he contaminates IV bags to prove he’s indispensable, but after a patient and colleague die, investigators close in on the doctor everyone trusts to save them.
A trusted danger.
Dr. Mike Sanders has built his reputation on being the person Dallas General calls when patients are in crisis. When the hospital moves to replace his anesthesia group, he quietly engineers a series of medical emergencies—then steps in to save the day. The plan works until the consequences begin to spiral beyond his control.
Unexplained complications draw scrutiny from colleagues and investigators, and the apparent hero finds himself at the center of a pattern no one wants to believe. Each attempt to protect his place in the hospital raises the stakes for everyone around him. For Mike, being indispensable has become a need more dangerous than the failures he claims to prevent.
